Darbys Next door

Big News: we are launching something new! Darby's is moving into the space next door and will be offering even more than before.

An extension of our bakery will be open from 8am serving fresh pastries and sourdough bagels alongside Allpress coffee, juices and more. Lunches will be a seasonal jug of soup, a daily salad, fresh pasta and delicious cheese, charcuterie and preserves from our friends at Cibo.

​

The evenings will see Robin and Ruben collaborate once again. Ruben comes fresh off the back of a research trip to NYC and has been inspired by the diverse dive bar scene. Parking his huge smoker at Darby's, he will be putting up barbecued snacks and sharing platters alike. Imagine cherry smoked chicken halves with a winter salad and all the BBQ trimmings.

On the drinks side we have another collab with old friend and fellow Irishman Gearoid Devaney (Master Sommelier and owner of Flint wines) working alongside our own Don Tindall creating a fresh and ambitious wine list. The list will feature great bottles from across the globe with some of Gearoid's favourite producers poured by the glass. 

​

Expect candlelit bar vibes, barrel aged negronis, bourbon, Darby's Daiquiris, picklebacks and ice cold Disco pilsner from the 40ft Brewery.

Opening times : DAYTIME HOURS - 8am- 4pm Monday- Saturday ; 12-5pm Sunday

                             EVENING HOURS - 5pm - 9pm Monday ; 6pm-10pm Thursday - Saturday
