In honour of our namesake, Earl ‘Darby’ Gill, and his birthday, we are going BIG for our Sunday Session on the 16th October. Darby was a trumpet player and bandleader, a regular on the irish jazz scene who toured the US in the 50s and 60s. That was his time and a bloody good time he had too! On the 16th October we are bringing that good time back. We’ll have Graham Hughes' Sunshine Kings for a full jazz set of foot tapping, horn tooting, hip shaking fun.
Alongside our much loved Sunday lunch menu, we will also be serving a selection of Darby’s favourite dishes including beef and Guinness pie, crispy potatoes and West Coast Irish oysters.
